RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund you for the item or exchange your item for another. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for the following:
- Manufacturer defect
- Damaged during shipping
- Item not as described
- No exchanges and returns for personalized items, engraved products, Made-to-Order items, high watches, and high jewelry.
All items should be returned in the condition they were received in and clothing items should be unwashed and unworn. Visit Client Services to initiate your hassle-free return or exchange by chat or email here.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used when you placed your order minus the shipping cost. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund. It could take 2 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card account, depending on your credit card company.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at returns@fullarmorchristianapparel.com. Remember to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service with tracking number. Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back to you using standard ground delivery.
